Very comfortable and clean rooms....
Liked: Location and the price is always affordable!!
Disliked: The pool area was a little small and the outside patio could use some flowers and weeds pulled.

Disliked: The hotel was overpriced. The fridge in our room didnt work, the pool area was closed and did not state that on the reservation and the bed was not comfortable.

All in all, it was...
Liked: The location and staff were helpful
Disliked: There were issues of what I was charged and there are still two different charges pending so hopefully they drop off properly and did not know that they no longer had a bar within the hotel in my room was clean, but just filed traces of hair all over the place and the room I stayed in definitely needs either a new sofa or that particular sofa needs a good cleaning. I literally had to lay a towel down before I would sit on it.

Overall a very pleasant experience.
Liked: Breakfast was good - we didn’t know it came with the room - nice surprise.
Disliked: The worst shower ever! Not much pressure; a hand held that wouldn’t stay in place; and difficult to find a good temperature of the water.

Disliked: We've stayed here before and really liked our room, but this last stay didn't work out so well, and we felt so disappointed. Booking through booking.com, we reserved a two queen bed suite with a sofa couch for 4 people. What we ended up getting was a king suite with a sofa couch. I approached the front desk to let them know and see if we could change rooms. The front desk said they were out of rooms for the night. We attempted to make do, but after looking through the room, we found no extra blankets or pillows. I again approached the front desk to ask for these items and was told they only have a sheet, blanket, and no pillows because they ran out of them. Like I said, our party made do with what we got, but it was so disappointing after a long day of shopping that we could not comfortably relax in our room. On top of it all, booking.com charged my card $215 instead of the $198 and some change.
