Amazing Hotel not huge but...

Liked: I have never wrote a review but I have to for this hotel. Let me start off with saying the staff for this hotel are absolutely amazing and so welcoming. I first started off speaking with Cam from desk which his customer services were superb! I called to explain a flight issues and I needed to add my boyfriend to the reservation so he’s able to check in for me due to him arriving to Minnesota first. Cam made sure to add details note into the system tor me regarding my situation and also passed me along to his manager Rolando which they both went above and beyond. Rolando ensured both of us that he will take care of this and make sure my boyfriend would be able to check in. When my boyfriend arrived he stated that he met with Rolando at the front desk and never felt been greeted the way Rolando greeted him before, he immediately checked him in and he actually had a conversation with him for a few minutes ( which it’s big for him) because he’s not the talkative type of person lol. He made sure to tell me that every time we come to Minnesota he does not want to stay no where else but at this hotel. The overall experience was wonderful everyone else including the bartender, housekeepers were amazing. I will make sure to always recommend this hotel and the staff there to my family and friends.

Disliked: Parking situation was confusing (hotel charged more than if paid at lot), planned in appetizers before event but there wasn’t a chef so no food available (things happen but info wasn’t shared that kitchen was closed so we went without eating as counted on it and the no time to go out to eat).
