Liked: I got to be with my best friends for the Comic Con. We loved being able to just walk to the convention center then come back to our cozy room. I got to make such good memories there with them. We loved everything. Even the freezing pool and hot jacuzzi!
Disliked: I found a few hairs leftover on the bed when we had just checked in but besides that everything was perfect!

Okay but not spectacular.

Disliked: Lots of things that didn’t work, suites are like a college dormitory, dark, restaurant was unreliable, I paid for a downgrade of my original reservation because it was nice than the suite.

Liked: Great location and great pool.
Disliked: Took an hour after check-in time to have our room ready. We had to wait in the lobby while all the other people had their rooms ready. Then room smelled and looked clean, but there were no towels, poor lighting and the mini-fridge/bar area had a light that didn’t work so it was very dark.
