Liked: The room had a lot of space in it. It allowed my family to all be comfortable. I did have to do work and the desk space provided was more than enough space for what I needed to do.

Liked: Great location, and near an Irish Pub we like to eat at. Normally a nice quiet business hotel. But.
Disliked: Hotel was very loud. Staff were not willing to to make other guests in the hotel be quiet. Guests in room next to us were banging on the walls past 2am in the morning and people were heard running in the halls past 1am.

Liked: Location farther from downtown than we thought.Didn't like much.
Disliked: Sheets only on the bed. No blankets or comforter provided. Chilly. Kept heat higher than we liked.Television hard to use as channel guide didn't workBathtub floor very slippery due to soft water. Nothing on bathtub floor to prevent slipping. At our age it was a problem. We put the bathmat on the bottom of the tub which helped a little bit.Requested housekeeping on Saturday morning for more towels, replenish coffee, Kleenex needed refilling as it was empty, and trash emptied. We told hotel clerk we didn't need clean sheets or vacuuming. Housekeeping did not show up on Saturday and we left on Sunday.

Liked: Very clean, staff was helpful, room was huge and pretty updated
Disliked: The heater was super loud and squeaked, so we had to turn it off cause it was annoying in the middleofthenight. Also, the cleaning crew woke me up at 8 a.m., but I'm also a light sleeper, and with us turning off the heater, it could be our fault
