Get Away

Liked: The hotel is clean and offers alot of amenities.
Disliked: This time, we checked in 1 hour past standard check-in time, and the room we are not ready. We had to get ready in the lovey bathroom with no air conditioning and leave to our event. They did offer complimentary parking or breakfast. The room wasn't ready until 5-530.

We will be back!!

Liked: Parking was easy, we felt very safe, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Disliked: Didn't like that we have to pay for parking, everything else was great.

Liked: English: Reservation made weeks in advance, phone confirmation twice incl. the day of arrival to then find out late at the hotel that my room was given to another customer. Unfriendly staff.

Handy location for the airport...

Liked: Easy to get to, room was massive and clean. Parking cost was less than most areas using the discounted offer of $15 a night. Smart tv was good to play YouTube on as well as Bluetooth mirror in bathroom.
Disliked: Pool area was nice but the outside loungers need to be power washed. Only 1 lift working and very slow. Check in was long. Some people were getting told that the king rooms still weren’t ready, luckily our twin room was. Check in lady was friendly but was definitely feeling flustered with dealing with the delays, not her fault though. The area was very quiet but unless you have a car then there isn’t much to do.
