This is the only hotel...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Bugs in the rooms, had to change rooms, last room smelled terribly, outlets and lights didn’t work

Pleasant stay during my surgery...
Liked: My favourite stay after my nose surgery in LA.After my surgery, I was looking for a quiet place to stay. The staff always responded to my requests, even though it was difficult for me to communicate due to my pain. The daily breakfast very tasty. I would like to thank the two service staff members who served me the delicious shake. And special thanks to you Jenny, who recommended me to rent a bike in Hermosa Beach. It was also a pleasure to chat with the management staff on the garden terrace. You all contributed to making my stay at LAX as pleasant as possible. Thank you very much. I will definitely book the Cambria Hotel again next year for my follow-up checkup.
Disliked: - My room was not always cleaned daily. - The Breakfast was a bit monotonous because it was always the same, but that didn't bother me that much. - Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about.

Good Location, Hard to Get...
Liked: We liked having the property so close to the airport. Also the rooms were a good size, clean, and very modern.
Disliked: We did not like the lack of communication around which shuttles were for this hotel. It would have been much more helpful to have a sign on the side of the shuttle showing this. Also we waited about 40 minutes for the shuttle after calling the hotel a few times.

Clean and close to the...
Liked: Clean and close to the airport
Disliked: - They don’t make your room unless you explicitly ask for it. This was not explained during check ok so we came back from a long day to find a very messy room. That’s the main thing you pay for on a hotel!- The shuttle service is very difficult to get. They don’t pick up the phone or answer emails promptly so you end up taking a taxi- Parking is extorsively expensive - Staff was rude and not very helpful

Get Away
Liked: The hotel is clean and offers alot of amenities.
Disliked: This time, we checked in 1 hour past standard check-in time, and the room we are not ready. We had to get ready in the lovey bathroom with no air conditioning and leave to our event. They did offer complimentary parking or breakfast. The room wasn't ready until 5-530.
