Liked: Front desk stuff was rude and disrespectful when I was checking in,and also they made a mistake with the breakfast. There were five people in the room but they gave me breakfast for four people when I was checking in and they were refusing to give me breakfast for one more person. I keep telling them that it was their mistake. I told them when I changed the room from a deluxe room to a bigger room that two queen beds will be small for five people I told them that we are five people and my wife checked with them less then an hour to make sure that breakfast is included. front desk told her yes breakfast is included for us and it was the same person that changed the room to a bigger room less than an hour from when my wife checked about breakfast They told us that breakfast is included for everybody but at the check in time front desk was refusing to give breakfast for my daughter.

Liked: Our family ate 2 breakfasts in the restaurant. It was convenient, quiet, and . The service was great excellent….attentive, not intrusive.We also ate 2 dinners in Haystack. We had great food and service for a family members.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything, really.

Liked: Loved the location and how new it was. Very modern. Liked the colorful chairs down at the lake with the fire pit. Very clean
Disliked: Didn't like the loud heat/AC vent outside our room on wall. It sounded like a loud vacuum cleaner constantly going. Complained and they did move us to a room with a balcony.
