Good

Disliked: The company needs to make customers aware that when they take out a hold fee. That they still have to pay the entire room price. And then the hold fee is release back to them after they check out. If you are booking with booking now and it say book now and pay later that is means you normally pay the entire stay fee once you arrive to the hotel. Typically if you pay a deposit you pay the balance left when you arrive.
