Disliked: This place was dirty, it smelled bad, I got a spider bite on a finger, the staff wasn't available. I waited 30 minutes to check in because there was no one in the front desk. I had two kids with me who were ready to sleep at 10:30pm after a long flight and there was no one there to help us. The lines are old and very poor quality, and the pullout was broken and the sheets dirty in the pull out. I had barely a sheet and a blanket and colorado is cold. This was a horrible experience for me and my family. When I called bookings.com to complain they submitted a claim and I had to check daily to see if anyone saw it and no one actually responded to them. I asked for a refund considering they messed up my trip and they only agreed to a minimum amount.

Not worth the price

Disliked: Room was overpriced considering the following: it was missing a TV, the blinds were broken, the AC/Heat unit was broken and missing its knobs, and there was giant hole in the closet door

Superb

Definitely not the hotel it...

Liked: The only positive thing about our room was that our bed was comfortable. But the sofa bed was so bad that one of our kids slept on the floor for more comfort.
Disliked: Our first room had a broken sofa bed and it took about an hour to get a replacement mattress (it was a twin bed they rolled in). So one of our kids had to sleep on the couch since they both wouldn’t fit in a twin. They couldn’t move us rooms till the next day.

Nice spacy but it was...

Liked: The location was great and we liked the room size, it was nice to have the extra living room type space in the double queen room. The bathroom was nice.
Disliked: There were no house keeping services during our 3 day stay. I think at a minimum we should have had our beds made daily. The bath ran in our room was broken. The bathroom was nicely redone but the rest of our room was dirty. The sofa felt scummy, the cable TV did not work and the carpet was pretty sticky.

Don't stay here!

Liked: I had stayed at this hotel a couple years ago multiple times and it was wonderful back then. This time it felt like a completely different hotel. Dark, dirty, bedbug vibes. My first room didn't have a working heater, room was 64° and bed had sheets with stains and definitely had not been changed since the prior guest. I asked for a different room, 52 of their rooms were out of order, but once the gal found a different room for me, that room was also dirty and dark (even with every light on) the bed sheets also had not been changed since the prior guest. I reached out to the company and received no response, I checked in to the Holiday Inn Express down the road which was perfect. I'll never go to this nasty hotel again, and feel a little ripped off that I was offered no reimbursement from Booking.com or the hotel.
