Superb

Liked: Rooms are large, bed is comfy, lobby/bar/bistro lovely with good good.
Disliked: Some of the staff could be friendlier. Others were great.

Peaceful and comfortable!

Liked: Great breakfast tacos! Everyone had a good positive attitude!!
Disliked: The hotel should communicate with surrounding businesses in order to keep enough staff on the clock for events and conventions. BUT everyone was very friendly despite being overwhelmed with people at breakfast.

My wife and I really...

Liked: All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Especially the valets. We would stay here anytime we were in Dallas. Would also recommend it to any of our friends! Also the bed and pillows were superb! Slept like a baby and looked at the tag on the pillows. So we could buy them for at home!
Disliked: The overnight valet charge seemed really high but made it super easy. Not sure how much it would have cost to public park!

I loved the ambiance of...

Liked: I liked the size of the rooms and location to the event we were attanding.
Disliked: Our room was close to the elevators, like right next them, and we didn't sleep well either night for hearing the elevator buzzers going on and off all night and the noise from the people talking and carrying on all hours of the night as they were getting on and off the elevator. The second night as we were going to bed I noticed the sheet on our bed was dirty. I took it off and left it on the floor.
