Liked: Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Second floor lobby has outdoor patio seating, relaxing.
Disliked: Wish the rooftop bar & restaurant had been open. Found that it is closed on Monday & Tuesday

Disliked: We left a set of make-up brushes in the bathroom of the hotel room and, despite calling on the same day to try and get it back, the hotel staff were of no help at all. After three days of calling to try and solve the issue, the people at the reception were completely disinterested on the issue, not hesitating to transfer the call to the management and housekeeping departments so they wouldn't have to take care of it anymore. What's more, these departments never once picked up the call. Instead, you get an automatic message that if you leave your name and number, they'll call you back, which they won't. Because they don't care. Everything about this hotel is sadly clouded by this very poor experience. At the very least, they could have pretended they did something by saying they simply couldn't find it. Instead, their complete indifference and lack of professionality leaves an even worse taste of mouth. None of this is helped by the fact that the only way you can contact anyone from this hotel is via telephone (so forget about solving anything if you come from overseas). So, if you want a hotel where they don't keep your stuff from you, definitely do not come here. But if you do end up going and you see someone with very nice make-up... I hope you think of the make-up brushes that were taken from me at this very hotel.
