Liked: Our stay was amazing, the room was next level...really enjoyed the tub. Views were great from all angles especially from terrace. The Havana restaurant was delicious and staff was attentive. Hotel staff was great as well. Thanks for the memberable weekend stay!

Great visit at Cambria Hotel...

Liked: The hotel was located in downtown close to shops and dining. We were pleasantly surprised to find that parking and breakfast were included in our stay, but this was due to issues with the hurricane earlier that year. The staff were very helpful and although we did not have maid service during our stay (another issue from the hurricane), they did provide us with clean towels when requested. Overall it was a good stay at Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville.
Disliked: We weren't advised at check-in that there was no maid service. We failed to read the notice in our room pertaining to that and found out after calling the front desk to inquire.

Liked: Loved the room, bed, bathroom.
Disliked: Not enough toilet paper and had to ask at desk in the morning then again in afternoon! Need at least two benches for suitcases. Folding thing is useless.Window shades are hard to operate but windows and views are awesome!

Liked: At check in, the front desk person (Nevaeh--not sure I'm spelling that right) was just amazing and lovely. Made me and my kiddos feel so welcome--I've worked front desk at a hotel before and Nevaeh has got it! The person who was there at night was kind as well. Good customer service is so important to me, I will always go back to a place that has got it. And I really, really, really liked the views from my corner room. Good job, peeps!
Disliked: Knowing the parking situation (that "Valet" was no longer an option--which was totally fine--but I had no idea where to park).

Super friendly & cozy stay...

Liked: Super friendly desk staff and free champagne on check-in. Gorgeous mountain views and sunsets. Perfect location downtown. Super comfy mattress. Good coffee in the resto. Granola was the highlight of breakfast.
Disliked: It's clearly popular and getting a lot of use--needs better hooks for towels in the bathroom--fine for one but not for two. Breakfast was too basic for this price point. No tea. No bowls (that was hilarious we had to ask in back and practically beg for one). Eggs & breakfast meats were sad.

This is the only hotel...

Liked: the location of this property is perfect. views from the room were very pretty. On site parking was good.
Disliked: Floors weren’t that clean in the hotel room. Bottled water for purchase in the lobby was outrageously expensive.
