A Great Place to Stay!
Liked: Everything! The hotel was beautiful and well maintained.
Disliked: The rooftop was closed and there weren’t any options. It seems as if they could have utilized the courtyard more.

Disliked: The parking situation was very confusing and wasn't given much instructions when I asked about it

It was a nice stay...
Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was a little warm. Air was set at 64 and it stayed at 70-73 in there. Not a huge deal but my sheet was inside out on the bed and there was a little bit of hair on the bed.

Complete comfort for a solo...
Liked: Bed extremely comfortable and room very clean. Blackout shades were top tier. Every staff member I encountered was extremely pleasant and attentive. Rooms very spacious.
Disliked: No microwave in room or on floor. Shower area has some rust spots. Not sure if blue tooth mirror was inoperable or I didn’t know how to work it. No room service.

Good accommodations for visiting downtown...
Liked: Very clean facilities, very nice, large room. Staff was helpful and the location was close to the areas of the city we wanted to visit.
Disliked: The actual hotel lobby was located on the 3rd floor and one had to take an elevator to access the room, etc. Had to pay $36/day to park, which in essence adds to the overall price of the room.

Disliked: Let me start by saying I two different reservation for my stay. On day of check-in I the young lady at the first desk check me stated I needed to put a card and put the $100 deposit down for the room. I explain to her that I book to different reservation for the hotel, she asks if we wanted to keep the room and I said yes. I ask her there was anything else I needed to do she stated no. So on my second day there I woke up to someone banging on my door with a very nasty attitude which I did not appreciate. They stated that I should have been check out but explain to her I was here two night. She must of call the front to let them know and next thing I know the front desk was calling me stated that I needed to re check into my room. Had this been communication prior I would have been check in again. However, I was told that I was good for the rest of my stay. I ended rechecking and putting the second the deposit for room , I was told I was good to go. Now I’m from out town so I go leave to meet up with my family and return back only to discover we are lock out of the room. Now I’m back at the front desk and this lady was very professional and very helpful and took her time figure out what happen, because the young lady prior never check back in to my room.
