Liked: Art deco decor, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff. Perfect walking distance location for attractions!
Disliked: The restaurant. Beautifully decorated, wasn’t happy with cuisine selections for dinner. Thankful for appetizers. Breakfast sandwich biscuit wasn’t light and fluffy-heavy and greasy.

Loved it!

Liked: I loved the hotel, the staff was so friendly. The decor is amazing and very modern, everything looks new and clean. The price was a bit high but I don't mind if I can get what I enjoy. We got a chance to visit one of the restaurants for a quick bite of pizza and it was really fresh and good. The rooftop bar had a party at night, we attended after we left the Usher concert and we loved it.
Disliked: My only complaint was that there was a stain on my sheets. Other than that I would book again.

Great but just not for...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and courteous. The entire hotel was spotless.
Disliked: didn't care for the valet service but that's more preference. If you need something from your vehicle while you're there even if it's the pack of gum you forgot, they have to go get your vehicle and bring it around so you can get it. Asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out but no one came. I had to go get more towels. There are no vending machines. if you want a soda you have to go to the bar. We just aren't this fancy I suppose. The lights in the room were so dim. if you want to apply makeup bring a lighted mirror. I couldn't see a thing.
