I choose this hotel for...

Liked: Proximity to the airport. Nice room, nice bathroom, nice shower, nice linens. Nice people at the front desk.
Disliked: They told me when I made the reservation that they had an aiport shuttle I could take at 4 AM. When I checked in, I asked about the shuttle and they told me it was already booked to maximum capacity (10 people). They were surprised that I was surprised that the shuttle might not be available based on occupancy.... and the fact that the shuttle only runs ever hour. I expected every 15 or 30 min at least. We had to take a Lyft instead. Then when I needed to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport (just call us!) they told me the driver went home sick and could not pick me up!

Liked: The location to the airport and restaurants was convenient
Disliked: Definitely not a 3star hotel. Room was dirty black hair on pillows and sheets. Stains on sheets. There was an outlet that caught fire at some point. Bathroom remodel was a joke. Lots of hookers hanging around outside looking for work.

Liked: Wonderful staff at the desk.
Disliked: I dont like the post-Covid new normal of not tidying the room each day.

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Room cleaned every 3 days.
