Disliked: There was a bench to put your bags/suit case on and the cloth covering on it was very dirty and very stained which made me wonder about the couch that was there as well. I also had nothing but cold water in my shower. No hot water ever came on even in the sink as well

Disliked: King suite could have a more comfortable bed. It wasn’t terrible, but could have been better.

Very poor upkeep of hotel.

Disliked: Hot tub broke. Ice machines broke. TV remotes had dead batteries. Shampoo and body wash is shower were empty.

Liked: It was a good location.
Disliked: The pools were dirty, as in so dirty that I didn’t feel like I could safely get into it. We didn’t have bath towels until we asked twice. We didn’t have trash liners. We only had a small portion of one roll of toilet paper. The shower flowed out into the bathroom floor.

Will never stay here again.

Liked: The phone in the room was disconnected (no cord attached) so we couldn’t call the front desk from the room, the sheets on the pull out were stained and the front desk made us go down to get them, kids were running up and down the halls banging on the doors and the staff refused to do anything about it.
