Stephan, Elk Grove Village, visiting Nederlander Theatre Chicago Sat, 16 June 2018

Hotel is right next door to the Oriental and walking distance to others. It's clean and modern with comfortable beds for a reasonable price.

Liked: The rooms are modern, clean and offer comfortable beds.
Disliked: The parking valet is sub standard; slower than molasses on a cold day! During the busiest parts of the day they only had 1 valet which never showed any urgency to the amount of people waiting. Also, the restaurant closing soon after the theatre gets out makes getting a quick bite to eat impossible.

I simply just didn?t care...

Liked: It?s modern within.
Disliked: It?s located near the corner of Dearborn by an abandoned McDonalds building. It didn?t appear to look as it is shown via website .

Fantastic

Liked: Great location with a lovely room and comfortable bed. Loved walking to dinner via the Riverwalk and through Millennial Park.
Disliked: It could use a couple of supplies like napkins and extra coffee

UNLIKE The Cambria We Have...

Liked: Location to main shopping areas
Disliked: Many areas in the room were dusty and untouched by housekeeping. Shower floor/corners weren't that great either. Guests rudely packed themselves in elevator with others already on the elevator. No social distancing, very uncomfortable. Toilet ran for a long time after flushing, every single time. We have stayed with Cambria in the past, different locations & it was beautiful. We are still in a Pandemic which is more likely the reason that it's just okay this time, hopefully. At the minimum make sure that the rooms are dusted, leave an extra roll of toilet paper, and towels & wash cloths so you don't have to call for everything especially since housekeeping won't come until the 3 night minimum housekeeping stay is over!!

Worst experience ever.

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: The first room we got wasn?t cleaned out or sanatized AT ALL. We found some lashes on one of the nightstands and a McDonald?s bag next to the mini fridge. The second room we got had hair on the bed and the travel size hand sanitizer was half way empty.Never staying here again.
