Disliked: Had moisture problem in first room but they moved me into another room …. so all was fine

Liked: Building was fine. Restaurant menu was limited but food wwas quite good and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Pool closed by the Charleston Dept of Health. No housekeeping service on second day. Says no smoking property but smokers on outdoor deck. Seemed like very low maintenance Wonder if for sale. Never stay there again. Di

Disliked: was very disappointed. We didn't have hot water, the guy was sleeping on the couch when we tried to get snacks. We had to take the stairs because elevator was broke. Then to top it off, no breakfast in the morning because the cook didn't show up. For a $460 night stay, it sure didn't feel like I got my money's worth.

Liked: I originally reserved a suite, but was called a few hours before check in to be told there was a maintenance issue with my room. We were switched to a smaller room. When we arrived we took our stuff to the room and the airconditioner was not working so we had to move our stuff to another room but still paid full price for a room that I wasn't even supose to have. After that the stay was better. Just disappointed that we didn't receive the room we were supose to have.

Liked: It was listed as included in price, it was not.
Disliked: Swimming pool was not working, ice machine, broken, no body wash available, shuttle not available on Sunday, no decaf coffee. No riverview, got a handicap room overlooking parking lot. Breakfast not included as advertised as well as free shuttle to downtown and a riverview. ATM not working had to use cash for any purchases.
