Beautiful overall but improvements needed

Liked: Beautiful hotel with a lovely vibe to it. Reasonable amount. Very clean inside the hotel
Disliked: The pool was quite dirty which was very surprising. The menu online from the QR code had significantly different prices to the paper menu which caused a big issue at dinner when the bill was 30% more expensive than expected. They are doing price hikes but only in the middle of it. Very surprising. But overall 7/10

Best stay for the price!

Liked: This felt like a nicer than most hotel for its price point. The 18 foot bedroom ceilings and indoor outdoor area for dining was a plus. Beds were comfortable and pool area was nice.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say. We’ve been at 3 other hotels in the $200+ per night price point and this was one of the better ones.

A villa like retreat that...

Liked: Sparkling, clean all hard flooring and no carpet. My cat and I felt very comfortable there. The surroundings are beautiful and even if you want to just stay in your hotel room, it still feels like a vacation
Disliked: Getting all your luggage to and from the parking lot can be a bit tricky since Calabasas is mountainous and the hotel is built around hilly trails. Upon checking out I did park right outside the front door to load my car. They do not have any self service, laundry machines. They advice there was a nearby laundromat and I scoped it out, but it smelled like pee pee.!!! no way I was going to wash my clothes there and sit there for an hour waiting for everything. Would be nice if the hotel would offer and on site laundry machine for clientele who don’t want to send everything to dry cleaning!!!
