Very good

Liked: Nicely decorated. Felt new and clean. Nothing broken, scratched or bent. Close to the airport and a short walk from the Metrolink station. Dawghouse restaurant is a two minute walk away.
Disliked: There was a lame "private event" with VERY loud music in the courtyard that made conversation in the lobby nearly impossible. We didn't even explore eating at the hotel because of this.

Great location with easy access...

Liked: Location is excellent, property is clean, staff are professional and friendly. I left a couple of shirts behind, contacted staff and they made arrangements to ship them back quickly.
Disliked: Wish it had a swimming pool.

Abit off putting but still...

Liked: The vibe and the essential space.
Disliked: The staff weren’t necessarily the best to deal with. I was charged after the stay with the knowledge i paid before hand and the 100$ “accidental” fee would go back automatically. Kevin in specific was bery patient and collective and answered every last one of my questions. Even talked on the phone with my father and gave him a run down. Later, my key was working on the elevator but nit the room. No questioning, my guy Kevin helped out quickly. But on the other hand when I brought these same situations to a specific employee, (African American, Bald, Glasses with a Beard) he simply pre assumed i had “No Money” in quote when brought to his attention my bank wouldnt accept my payment from fraud.
