A nightmare stay – triple-charged...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: My trip to Boston was completely ruined by my experience at the Cambria Hotel.First, I was charged the full amount through the Booking app before even arriving. Then, upon check-in, the hotel charged me a second time—again for the entire stay, directly to my credit card.I thought things couldn’t get worse, but the next morning I woke up to discover a third charge had been made due to yet another mistake by the hotel.I went down to the front desk multiple times in a panic, but the staff had no idea what was going on and couldn’t provide any explanation or resolution.As a result, my bank blocked my credit card—the same card I had used to book all my restaurants and activities. My entire trip was ruined.To make matters worse, the hotel took over a week to refund this very large amount of money. The stress, the time lost, and the damage to my vacation were unacceptable.Neither the hotel nor Booking took proper responsibility. I would never stay here again—and I strongly advise others to avoid it too.

Liked: A very clean and comfortable hotel situated in a quiet, peaceful area.
Disliked: The only downside is the lack of a decent, fresh, and healthy breakfast.

Comfortable stay, good room services...

Liked: I love Cambria's quiet but safe atmosphere and friendly staff. The property's location requires some walk to nearby T stations. However, the walking route to Harvard Sq station is safe and enjoyable.
Disliked: The wooden bench in the bathtub

Liked: Staff always available and helpful. Loved the lobby, welcoming and inviting and roomy.

Much bigger room than expected....

Liked: Expensive valet but no other parking choices. Location was less interesting than hoped.
Disliked: Location did not have much around it
