A great stay in a...

Liked: A great location - very close to MOA & other shopping centers with a short commute to downtown Minneapolis. The property was very clean, and modern looking. I traveled with an infant, and just pulled the sleeper couch up to the bed and it was very convenient. Overall we loved the property & all the amenities and look forward to booking again!
Disliked: I have nothing negative to say about my stay or the property.

Love this Hotel.

Liked: I have stayed here multiple times and every time I leave very satisfied, it is not the cheapest place to stay but it is always very nice and great service.
Disliked: The only complaint is the noise from airport in the morning, it starts at about 7 am.

My family and I enjoyed...

Liked: Locator breakfast was good, I thought 16.00 dollars a person for breakfast was expensive. A breakfast like that one would usually be included in the price of room.
Disliked: I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like about the hotel.

Disliked: One staff member was very unfriendly and breakfast didn’t start until 8:30am when 6am was advertised.

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area and work out facility was also nice. The shuttle service to and from the Mall was very convenient.
Disliked: I didn't like that there wasn't breakfast included with your stay. There was a hotel restaurant but the pricing was high. There also wasn't a hot tub in the pool area.
