Disappointing

Liked: New hotel
Disliked: Booking was lost by staff and the person checking me in was unpleasant and have the impression that it was somehow my fault. The room was not cleaned during my stay and upon checkout, it was clearly an unwanted chore for staff and the shuttle driver to provide a ride to the airport.

Liked: Clean, very friendly and helpful staff and good exercise experience(s) in the workout area.
Disliked: Pool was overcrowded in the evening, one elevator didn't work some of the time we were there and breakfast buffet and snack items was overpriced.

Liked: The facilities were nice and modern. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The rooms were spacious.
Disliked: One of the elevators kept breaking down which made for long crowded waits during both days.Oh, getting food there was an ordeal. As a traveler with small kids, we were excited to see that there was a buffet that had a variety of breakfast foods that seemed better than a continental breakfast. The breakfast buffet was an absolute disaster. The staff for breakfast had terrible attitudes and the buffet ran out of food and we had to wait a long time before any more food came out. For what we were charged for breakfast, I would have expected the food not to be cold and constantly refreshed. Not only was breakfast bad, but we tried to order dinner on a different night only for the staff to tell us that they were out of half of the menu. We ended up driving to a local restaurant.The dining room area tables were not cleaned regularly and guests were asking for rags to clean off the tables to eat. For what we paid to stay there, the expectations of having staff who cleaned didn't seem too much to ask.

Disliked: The floor in our room was creaky. The pet policy was not made apparent. We were charged an excessive non-refundable pet charge. This made the room extremely expensive for what was offered. No food was included with the stay. The $100 incidental charge was also excessive. For the amount we paid total for the room was not a good value at all. We will not stay here again.

Liked: It was a great visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
