Liked: super lovely venue. Rooms were very nice and clean. gym and pool looked great
Disliked: One of the staff members gave me trouble about my dogs being service animals versus ESA animals. Although I called a week prior to be prepared and even brought paperwork but still gave me a hard time. Not to mention they don’t inform you about the extra fees they put a hold on

Liked: When you enter the hotel the aroma was so strong , it smelt so amazing ! The hotel was very clean & quiet .
Disliked: Honestly had no complaints.

Liked: Everything was beyond exceptional from the moment we walked in. The hotel smelled amazing like walking into a luxurious spa. The staff was exceptional & they upgraded us to a suite It was so sweet of them. I will stay here every chance I get when I come to Austin. I would give them a 20 out of 10. There is absolutely nothing I could say negative about this hotel. It’s perfect.
