Clean. Quiet. Perfect especially if...
Liked: Proximity to downtown and parks - easy on and off from I-35
Disliked: The property itself was great. A lot of construction next door and towards path by the river - due to cultural heritage center being built.

Great hotel in fantastic location
Liked: The room was big and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The pool was really nice. It was in a fantastic location just around from Rainey st

I will not book again
Liked: The room was very clean
Disliked: There was no parking!!! If you wanted to park near the hotel you had to pay for valet parking. The room was $300 a night with no parking no laundry bags and only one towel in the room. The noise from the strip was supper loud and kept us up all night.

I won’t be a returning...
Liked: The location and valet service.
Disliked: Upon check in the receptionist stopped serving me to talk to a coworker about said coworker being laid off. In my first room there was water damage that led to yellow brown water rising from the cracks in the floor when you walked on it. It stained my feet and the bathmat yellow. There were hairs in the sink and it was not cleaned well. I was transferred to another room where I found hairs and boogers on the shower wall. The room service was no better. I ordered yoghurt and granola for breakfast and it took 48 minutes to arrive at my room. Overall just very disappointed and expected substantially more for the price I paid.

Overall, pleasant short stay in...
Liked: Great location, shares an alleyway with Rainey Street bars/restaurants and live entertainment venues, and just blocks from downtown and the lake/river.
Disliked: Not enough customer facing staff, and some didn’t engage but luckily the rest made up for it. Bathroom floor should have been cleaner.
