Good location, great facilities, suited...

Liked: Stayed with my husband and 12 year old daughter, we found it great for us. Clean room with enough space, comfortable beds. Good coffee from the bar, loved the pool and slides, breakfast was great and opens just in time for rope drop timing which was important to us. We walked to and from Disney (15-20 minutes) some of the times, and Uber’d easily other times. Would stay here again for the facilities and value for money. Staff really friendly. You can access the pool and slides early if you arrive before check in.
Disliked: Lifts got slow at busy times, it is a decent walk but that was balanced for us by facilities and value for money.

Liked: The hotel was very clean, secure, and the location was awesome
Disliked: One of the staff members told me I was not allowed to park in the handicap spot eventhough I have a placard. She said that the parking was for employees. Lots of hidden fees and a large security deposit. Breakfast was not appetizing.

The perks out-weigh the cons....

Liked: I loved having a larger fridge for our food we brought and the kitchen sink was nice to have. The beds were softer than we like but the pillows were amazing. I need to find those pillows for home. We loved having the pool and splash pad available for the kids. Breakfast was delicious but I never saw any bacon. The 2 tubs in the room were really convenient to get everyone bathed quickly. I loved getting text updates about any pool closures or just checking in to see how our stay was going.
Disliked: Lack of bacon at breakfast. No dish soap on site for guests. We had to find a store nearby to wash baby bottles since we forgot the soap. The room seemed clean initially but we found a chunk of hair on the bathroom floor between the sink and first bathtub. The gentleman at check in was nice at first but when our card decided not to work (I had to transfer the money to another card) he seemed to lose his patience quickly. Otherwise this was a great stay.

Liked: Clean staff very professional it was awesome. My kids loved it they want to go back. The environment was amazing. The set up was cool and just right.
Disliked: I loved everything didn't have any disappointment.

Disliked: If I wanna be picky I’d say the laundry being $6.00 a load was way to much for me, but I just took mine to a nearby laundromat
