Liked: All of the amenities.
Disliked: There was one rude staff member at the front desk. Also don’t like how you could buy day passes for the pool. It made it too crowded and we didn’t even want to swim in the pool with that many people in it for the safety of our kids.

Liked: The bunk beds in the family suite, ideal for kids.
Disliked: Movie projector was down, the jacuzzi was closed, the security guards were rude, the outdoor umbrellas were broken, and guests were smoking weed outside - I picked this location thinking it was FAMILY friendly. I will NEVER return.

Liked: Great proximity to Disneyland. Free warm breakfast. Multiple restaurants near the hotel. The pool and water slides are nice.
Disliked: The hotel lobby, elevators, halls, and rooms smell musty and damp. The room air conditioning units had a fishy smell when running. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains. Cheap, plastic shower head cut my hand when adjusting water spray. Needs additional shaded seating options by the pool, as there are few umbrellas and you are not allowed to move chairs into the shade.

Liked: Love this location, second time staying here. My kids always enjoy the hotel.
Disliked: Only issue we had was the cleaning crew…the first day we arrived they did not empty our trash so we walked in to smelly trash in the room. Second day (check out day) they kept knocking on the door, way before check out time and even opened our door twice. We felt very rushed to have to leave.
