Nice Boutique Hotel for Fun...

Liked: Loved the ambience. Overall the comfort level was mostly good. It was surprisingly quiet given the fact that most of our floor was booked! I also liked the shared kitchen area with coffee available in the morning.
Disliked: The ONLY reason I didn't rate the hotel higher was that I did not realize that a double bed meant that the mattress was just a Full size and not a Queen. So many hotels these days use the word "double bed" to refer to Queen beds and it was MY mistake reading what the sleeping arrangement was. So we had a completely sleepless night and I almost went out in the hall and just tried sleeping on one of the short benches. I also have some physical ailments & a torn rotator cuff so I should have been more careful about reading the description. Also the I learned that I probably need to book a first floor if we come next time. I have a few too many ailments at the moment to walk up to the 3rd floor with a suitcase (but do not consider myself disabled). It's just painful for me. But I would definitely recommend the hotel to family/friends and encourage them to book a private bath room with larger bed.

Liked: Very sweet historic hotel. Clean, comfortable, great staff, great breakfast, lovely town.
Disliked: We stayed at the Camas Hotel because internet said only 3 miles from concert venue in Troutdale/Portland. But those 3 miles require a half hour drive around the river.

Liked: This is a great hotel in the heart of downtown Camas. The European style rooms are a great rate and still provide plenty of privacy.
