Liked: Giacomo at the front desk is amazing. We had a slight issue but he resolved it promptly and professionally. He was also very kind to my son, maybe a few too many chocolates. Haha Grazie Giacomo.

Amazing staff, well maintained facilities,...

Liked: All staff members from front desk to breakfast service were so welcoming and friendly, especially Raymond. As a solo traveler, it made me more comfortable with my stay. They also provided a free room upgrade which was a nice way for me to start my stay in Florence!
