Liked: The location was great and the staff were pleasant
Disliked: There was bedbugs in the beds, we told the night staff and they did nothing and refused to give us another room, we told the manager in the morning and he just said he had called pest control, no apologies or offer of any refund or compensation. I was assured this was a 1 off but have since found out it isn’t. The place needs closed down and fumigated!!

Liked: Having stayed in Blackpool several times and never been overly impressed by the standard of hotels I was delighted by both the service and the interior of the hotel. When I return to Blackpool this will be the first place I will check.

Stunning!

Liked: I absolutely loved my one night stay at this beautiful hotel! The first thing which struck me was that the whole hotel smells gorgeous! The decor is modern and the staff were all friendly, extremely helpful and professional. I wish we had been staying longer than one night. My room was so comfortable and relaxing that it was a disappointment to leave. There were plenty of plug sockets in every area, the lighting had been carefully considered, there was a lovely big telly and huge bath towels. It was also spotlessly clean. I highly recommend!

Liked: Clean hotel, helpful staff, excellent location for what we wanted.We ate in Indian restaurant and food was excellent! Perfect break for my birthday and would definitely return and recommend.
