Blackpool lovely hotel POOR

Liked: No breakfast. Was told by email I was very close to lift..not so ! It was a chair lift which didn't go all the was to the Level I was on so still had stairs to walk.Nothing in the way of entertainment in hotel .I have previously stayed a few times but the hotel has lost its spirit.The room hadn
Disliked: The room had no wardrobe, no towel rail in bathroom ,toilet roll holder rusty as was sunk plug holder. No sink plug windows filth,room wasn't clean, kettle access was in the corner at bottom of bed to right for getting to.Bed rails were thick dust as was the TV remote filthy was cold so asked for another duvet took 2 days to get after asking again. Window was too high to reach needs other method to work cleaning of room could be greatly improved Pull out the chest of draws and you will see the rubbish.Not once was the litter bin emptied.
