Lovely little hotel in excellent...

Liked: Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Breakfast was tasty but not sure it was worth the 21 euros it was priced at. Although free coffee between 1 and 9pm this was generally when we were out. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been very welcome, but not a deal breaker. I would stay again. Hotel.was quiet

Pleasant

Liked: The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast room was very nice and the breakfast choice was amazing. There were a good selection of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small and a bit dated although clean. There was no kettle in the room. You could get hot water downstairs between 1pm and 9pm but that's no good if you fancy a warm drink later on.The area was very noisy, there was a daily bin collection at around 6.30 which was extremely loud. Plus there was a lot of noise in the street and music at 3.30am. Neither of us got more than a few hours sleep each night which spoilt the stay for us.

Liked: Excellent central location, clean comfortable room. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. One of us had a knee injury and the front desk staff readily provided us with ice packs. Abdel in particular was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The only (minor) issue was the room was a little small, but it was still clean and comfortable.

Liked: The breakfast was great! Many choices and perfect for me. Good coffee. The location was wonderful. Quiet, easy to go to restaurants, tram. Shower was good.
Disliked: check out was awful. That needs to change somehow. I checked with the front desk and they said, just go online and checkout. When I did that it would not let me checkout because I unknowingly had not been charged for breakfast. But they did not send the invoice. I had an 8 am flight and the taxi came at 5:00 am so no one was there. Also , no idea where to leave my key card. It was too stressful to deal with all that when I am trying to leave.No AC in the room and mine faced the afternoon sun so it was hot, even with a small fan provided. The ad should state boldly no AC.
