Very good

Great except for bathroom door...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Love dogs and their dog was so cute but the dog was a wee bit too close while we were eating.
Disliked: Overall good but the bathroom door in the room has a crease in the middle which allows your travel Buddy to see you in there. While most people won’t look in there it’s a bit unnerving. This could be a simple and non expensive fix -also opening and closing the door was terribly loud.

Great small family run hotel...

Liked: Clean ,comfortable everything you needed for short stay (homemade shortbread great touch delicious)
Disliked: Noisy toilet,squeaky toilet door,coloured towels (not a fan of)tv channels not working nothing that would stop us from staying again

Liked: The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Right in the centre of the high street so very good location.
Disliked: The bathroom wouldn't shut properly.

Liked: The hotel was on the main street and close to the town.
Disliked: The room was tiny and the ensuite was also very small which had a folding door. This meant that if anyone went to the toilet during the night the noise from the door would waken the other person. The cover for the duvet was split at the seam which is not good for a hotel that charges £160 for bed and breakfast. I ordered smoked haddock for breakfast but it was overcooked and was dry.
