Liked: We were met on arrival by very helpful and friendly staff given an outside pod instead of main hostel room, this was an accessible room with lots of room, great facilities (small kitchen including fridge, sofa and small dining area), and exceptional view into the fields. Very very quiet at night, while very close to the centre of the village. Excellent!

Liked: We enjoyed a great private room with private bathroom. Beds were comfortable and everything you'd expect was provided. Very clean rooms and common areas. Great kitchen as well.

A unique, cosy and affordable...

Liked: We rented two pods for our family of 4. My husband and I stayed in one of them and were really delighted by the efficient design and aesthetic. It's really cosy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The host was thoughtful in leaving some milk for our coffee. Our kids were in another pod and we were a little surprised to see that it was a fully accessible handicap/ medical unit. This concerned them at first because they didn't know how to use the shower etc. But it was fine. The pods are located in a beautiful spot overlooking a stream with a mountain and valley views. It's a short walk into town for the restaurants and shops. We wish we'd had more time to explore the area.
Disliked: We had some troubles figuring out how to turn on the hot water in the shower, even after following the instructions in the welcome book. But then we looked under the bathroom sink and found a re-set button for the hot water and it got the hot water running.

Liked: Lovely view from room. Breakfast wasn’t provided. Hostel facilities were great so cooking your own meal was possible in the well equipped communal kitchen.
