Disliked: The bathroom fan was really loud and the toilet ran all night. Might have just been the float but should be looked at - I was in room 36.

Great value. Great location.

Liked: We had a great stay. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are worn in but comfortable.
Disliked: Our only complaint would be that we had staff enter our locked room with their master keys when we were there… twice. They were very apologetic.

Overall a good stay

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good. The destination was actually too far from downtown. The room was very beautiful and the set up very good. One issue I had was after my showered, there was warm or hot water for me. I had a cold shower which wasn’t fun.
Disliked: The lack of hot water and the behavior of older later who checked us out. The younger staff were very presentable. I felt like the older lady didn’t care for brown people. She was very curt, unfriendly and unpleasant.

Liked: The location was beautiful! The accomodations were very comfortable. I loved the jacuzzi tub and balcony. It was great to be able to bring my dog.

Liked: The location is actually gorgeous. Mountains and trees all around. The staff was wonderful, helpful and kind.
Disliked: When we arrived, how shall I say this? Well, there was a toilet full of pee. That means it was not cleaned. Gross. I checked everything else and it looked ok. Then the tv wouldn't turn on. A staff member came up and noted there was no cable box. She brought one in from another room and it still didn't work. We tried to get our fire going, it didn't work. I don't know if the wood was treated or there wasn't enough oxygen as there was no grate underneath but another visitor told me they had the same problem. Then in the shower the whole shampoo thing came off the wall and broke onto the tiles. We didn't even use it! Also I never took my shoes off. The carpet was seriously filthy.
