Disliked: Food in hotel was terrible, location was ok. Pool was closed and per website was open.

Liked: So, things changed right before our trip, and needed more room in bathroom. Asked for room change and they accommodated us and things were better after change. Plus we love the local food options from Hawaii.

Liked: It was okay. The maid service was great. Restaurant was OK.
Disliked: The staff at market street Cafe were inattentive. Only came to table to take order,drop off food and drinks and that's it. Had to get someone to get our check.

Disliked: The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Staff forgets to validate our carpass & we pay $30 later waived if we didnt ask as a hotel guest, no directions inside parking area. Strong cigarette scent in Casino area. No microwave nor Keurig coffee machine in our room, small room and bathroom.

Liked: Free parking for hotel guest is what differentiates this hotel for many of those on the strip, Hawaii residents are sensitive to that and in general have been migrating away from the strip.
Disliked: It is weird that this amazing hotel doesnt have a bathtub, a feature available in many lesser hotels.

Liked: The atmosphere and friendly staff
Disliked: The room was a lot smaller than our last stay. The smoking is terrible.
