Liked: Spotless, great secure location, great wifi, convenient access to restaurant, delicious food, friendly and accommodating staff
Disliked: Bed was a little firm for my liking, but thats a personal preference

Super Disappointing!

Liked: The room was clean and relatively comfortable.
Disliked: I booked this hotel based on their false claim that they had room service. I was returning home after major surgery and did not want to go to a restaurant. I arrived in the afternoon and the person at reception rudely answered a phone call and left me waiting for over 5 minutes while she talked to someone who had many questions. When I asked if she could help me, she just shrugged and no. She was rude and inconsiderate and should not have a job where she interacts with the public. Also, the provided breakfast was not good - hash browns burned on the outside and raw in the middle. I won't stay here again . . . Ever!

Liked: Friendly staff.quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Disliked: We loved everything about this place

Otherwise enjoyed the stay

Liked: Did not have breakfast at restaurant but did have coffee and doughnuts at coffee shop.
Disliked: Dinner has changed alot not same flavor since a year ago and doughnuts at coffee shop were too hard and not fresh.
