Really enjoyable with tentative staff

Liked: The set out and facilities with location
Disliked: Bed was abit uncomfortable, not used to that type of bed unfortunately

Liked: Excellent customer service on arrival and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and we had a good view. Staff were attentive at breakfast. The food was great. Emma after check out... Well, exceptional customer service....I can't thank her enough!!!!

Liked: Location, room,facilities and the food (breakfast) was excellent
Disliked: Nothing really it was perfect, slightly more expensive and I think this was because the prices were hiked due to an event on at Sandringham Estate.

Liked: I loved the hotel and where it is situated. The staff were lovely and interacted well with us. I paid for a luxury room and it really was lovely. The bed was so comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms where 99% clean. Im picky but the fridge needed to be cleaned, and there was coffee splash on a wall. There was also some random bits of glitter on the floor but we all know how hard it is to get glitter up. Food in the restaurant my partner loved but as a rossette start restaurant I expected a little more. Maybe I just ordered the wrong dishes but I found my main really salty.

Great hotel.

Liked: Lovely place to stay. Easy access to rooms from outside. Great buffet breakfast. Room very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Not much. Only stayed one night, wish it had been a longer stay.
