Exactly what I look for,...

Liked: Easy to find, comfortable room, friendly staff and a bar
Disliked: The bar closed at 9pm but I imagine that’s determined by staffing/occupancy

Good

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was cleaned and tidied each day. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: Appreciate it's a hotel setup but bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows were ultra thin and lacked support. Bathroom was functional but needed tidying up...plaster on ceiling, silicone around mirror etc. bedroom radiator out of order but temp oil rad supplied. Windows were super dangerous as didn't lock onto vent properly and swung open during wind...kids could easily fall out.

I enjoyed my overnight stay....

Liked: The breakfast was very tasty. Porridge on request. Cereal, fruit and cooked breakfast served from 7am. Self serve so you could choose for yourself what you wanted.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent hospitality facility and all...

Central, lovely hotel, welcoming staff.

Liked: Lovely traditional building. Bedrooms spacious, clean with a small but very powerful shower. Bed really comfortable, breakfast- buffet style- awesome. Staff really helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night travelling home from Stornoway- the ferry back was delayed due to a storm and James at the hotel very accommodating in moving our booking twice. Much appreciated. If we revisit the area would stay here again, definitely.
Disliked: Shower cubicle on the small side for a 6ft, 14st guy.
