Very good

Passable

Liked: Breakfast was buffet style so was able to get what and how much I wanted.
Disliked: Room was tired and neglected and more noisy than other hotels I've stayed in.

Poor

Liked: The waitresses/chambermaids were absolutely lovely and very polite and helpful
Disliked: Absolutely disgraceful room that was offered to us, not worth £30 never mind a £130.00, went with another couple whose room was acceptable for the same price, management were not very helpful at all, were going to give us a partial refund which we are still waiting for, will not be returning

Handy place to sleep and...

Liked: Location and plenty of parking, breakfast was a great standard too, the bed was very comfy
Disliked: It feels like the place is closed down, walking into the bar, where there are beds and mattresses, not much stock on bar and there is ironing happening, feels like more of a workshop than a guest facility, it’s a shame because the place has got potential, let’s get them beds and mattresses out, find a different location to do the ironing and re launch the bar and restaurant, the place could easily be a little gem! Only then do I feel like it is worth the £120+ per night

Clean and comfortable

Liked: Large room with very comfortable beds. Very clean and good value. Breakfast was nice and staff very friendly.
Disliked: A bit dated and unfortunately roof work was being carried out so strong smell downstairs and no bar or restaurant available - couldn't be helped though and friendly staff made up for it!

Great value for money definitely...

Liked: The size of room for 3 adults was fantastic, the rooms have been refurbished lovely. Breakfast buffet was also very tasty and hot with great selection.
Disliked: The bathroom needs updated but I'm sure it's in the pipeline.

Superb

Liked: Staff very helpful and food very tasty room was bit noisy the windows could do with being double glazed keep out the sounds of the road
