Liked: Excellent location, near the beach and downtown ( both 5 min walk). Large, clean suite, really comfortable bed.
Disliked: Quite dated - however this kind of added to the charm!

Liked: Proximity to the Beach.. that’s pretty much it.
Disliked: Everything! Outdated. Many safety hazards. Directly next to a vacant/boarded-up and fenced bldg. Some units have bedrooms/bathrooms/kitchen that back to the alley.. which includes riff-raff, drunks, houseless, car/foot traffic, garbage pick-ups by very loud garbage trucks etc making noise at all hours of the night and morning. Walls are paper thin.. you can literally hear everything (neighbor taking a shower, walking, talking, child crying etc). Sofabed is hardly usable; slanted downward at the head and super lumpy. White window blinds? If you’re trying to sleep-in or the light wakes you up.. good luck! The bright sunlight will greet you at 6am. Couches/chairs were filthy and stained. Has a pool, but.. it’s not heated (nor very clean). Roaches..

Liked: Great mini-appartments in a really good location. Has real character and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Perfect for our family.
