Liked: Clean and nice big rooms and bathrooms.Excellent breakfast!
Disliked: We stayed for two nights and they didn't clean the room after the first one.

Liked: Comfortable beds and great value
Disliked: The family staying upstairs were quite noisy and it was easy to hear them talking / walking. Perhaps only tip would be if there's a family and a couple staying that where possible the family goes downstairs as the floorboards ceilings are thin. Not something easily controlled though and luckily the family went to bed early.

Liked: The room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable, the room the en- suite was sparkling clean and warm.
Disliked: I liked the decor. The dining room was beautifully decorated for Easter.

Liked: The hosts were wonderful. The room was fantastic. They had thought of every little detail and more to make our stay comfortable. A wonderful breakfast too

Liked: The room was lovely, nicely decorated with a "beach house" theme. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious, smart and clean. The hosts were extremely kind about my late arrival, caused by a problem with the ferry into Larne. In the morning the breakfast was served in a pleasant conservatory and was excellent .
Disliked: Nothing
