Liked: Have eaten plenty of times at the Cairns and always good food and friendly helpful staff. First time I have actually stayed at the Cairns and welcoming staff, a lovely breakfast and comfy room. No doubt will be back again and being dog friendly a real bonus for my friend and I.

Disliked: Tv sound didnt work in Spey room. Slightly odd smell in entrance hall of house

Welcoming and comfortable

Liked: This is not high end but it is warm, comfortable and welcoming and I would stay again in a second. Warm welcome, bike stored safely and I was offered a room with a bath, very thoughtful. Had an excellent evening meal and breakfast. Staff all cheerful and helpful. Great value for money. Excellent hot chocolate sachet and tunnocks caramel wafers in the room, which I was delighted to see after a days cycling.
