Liked: Great location to stay with lots of nice bars and restaurants on your door step. Room was very cosy and comfortable and had everything you require for a short stay.

Enjoyable stay, met my expectations...

Liked: Location excellent for shops, metro and access to A1.Possible to walk into Newcastle and there is a bus stop right outside hotelI was on cheapest rate but room still fine with a bath which is my preference
Disliked: Separate building from main hotel but wouldn't have had such a good deal if I had been in main buildingAlso on top floor which not great for carrying heavy bags

Disliked: Room was nothing like the pictures after checking.Bathroom was dirty needs upgraded.Noisy hallway.Staff didn't seem interested in helping.

Not great

Disliked: Poor upkeep, not as clean as it could. Actual room was in another hotel. Lots of noise from other guests such as doors slamming
