A nice experience of living...

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding and the bar service was good. It was nice seeing the beautiful decor and the really gorgeous stair case banister
Disliked: The room was not what we expected a bit cramped - would have liked a bigger room with high celling The grounds were beautiful - but smaller than what we thought - we could not walk to the lake was not possible

Great location in Killarney

Liked: Love it! Wonderful location, beautiful facilities, ample parking and helpful staff. Wished we planned to stay more than 1 night.

Beautiful Setting

Liked: Beautiful setting - the building (exterior and interior) as well as the grounds. Just stunning!
Disliked: Breakfast was included and it was fine/mediocre. We stayed in numerous places in Ireland with way nicer breakfasts. Again, it was sufficient but expected more/better from a place of this caliberToilet was broken and annoying to have to go down multi stairs to use the public restroom. No one onsite came to examine it and seems they reached out to a plumber but we didn't see them (24 hours)

Liked: Everything. The room was amazing. The grounds were immaculate, the restaurant was perfect and the staff was courteous and helpful. Best stay of our holiday.
Disliked: The only negative was the railing on our balcony was peeling paint pretty bad. All the other railings were fine so not sure why that was missed.
