Exceptional

Disliked: The ac wasn't working good

Great location & lobby /...

Liked: Loved that it’s central on the strip & our room had a view of the Bellagio fountains, the staff were great & helpful! There’s a Starbucks around the corner of the lobby & the shopping center is perfect ( a must see!) The casino is more luxurious than the others available at the other hotels & there’s plenty of places to eat / drink
Disliked: The pictures on the website were more modern than what we were given when checked in, the room & bathroom felt dated, smelt of smoke (despite a non smoking room) the beds were smaller than expected & the bathroom was dusty. We were meant to do express check in but it was closed when we arrived so had to wait 25 mins in the queue to check in, the woman at the desk was very friendly but offered us an upgrade which we decided to go for, then 10 minutes later found out it wasn’t even available. Also got locked out the room at 3.15pm despite paying $300 for a 4pm checkout (it was sorted eventually but was an unnecessary stress on the day of flying

It was good, very accessible.

Liked: Property was really clean and very accessible.
Disliked: There was a long walk time to the exit gates and no clear navigation signs or boards placed to help. Construction inside the property was causing guests to walk more.

Liked: Was quiet, bed was nice, elevators very fast.
Disliked: Large room, but with only one chair. Lights in bathroom; some were out others different brightness, making shaving, makeup difficult. Smoke all through the downstairs caused sines problems.
