disappointing

Liked: The hotel itself is gorgeous and a great location how ever such a rip off. Staff at check in desks where rude, snappy and treat me like I was straight off the street, bare in mind we are bringing alot of money, its our vacation and so should be treat with kindness and manners. Then no coffee facilities in the room and to have to pay to use the gym showers is obscene. The pool area closing super early and whole of the outside area shut when it was over cast so no where to get fresh air on the hotel grounds is crazy. To mention the pool area you have to pay additional for beds and no water facilities except in the gym. The water fountains around the hotel where convienently broken... There was no discounts or perks to being a guest at the hotel, in the restaurants bars etc so over all value for money and service I was extremely disapointed with.
Disliked: Service and value for money. No water facilities, paying for the things you'd usually get inc in a hotel, the gym showers, the basic saunas etc, classes, pool beds and coffee.
