It was good we didn’t...

Liked: Property was beautiful
Disliked: When checking in they couldn’t find my reservation nor did the employee try to find it another employee found it. We was giving a joining room and the neighboring room the person sound like they were in the room with us.

Very nice and we had...

Liked: It was very cleaned and the staff was very nice
Disliked: We stayed at Harrah’s hotel it was old but very clean. We upgraded to a suite and it was very nice.

We went to NO for...

Liked: Very clean room. Large bathroom. However, the shower floor was very slippery. They need to put a matt in the shower. That floor is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up with sore hips and shoulders. We won't stay there again.

Disliked: The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:30amI said the check out time is 11:00amShe said she was doing her job.No, doing her job is knocking on the door at 11:00am.I had oral surgery and didn’t feel well.I went on vacation to rest and stayed in a nice hotel to sleep in.

Decent price and location. The...

Liked: The staff was great. Very kind, attentive, and helpful.
Disliked: The room was cleaned however there were stains everywhere on the walls and base of bedding. There was a musky foul odor covered over with a sweet smelling cleaning product. The furniture had so many stains and felt damp. We laid towels over furniture to sit on.

Great stay before you cruise

Liked: We stayed at the main property where the casino is located and it was amazing! The music was so upbeat and they played all of the classics. The room was awesome with an ok view (not the properties fault, it's just N.O.). Food options were pricy but good. We plan on coming back.
Disliked: I'm not sure if it's a law but the repeated ID checks were annoying but the staff were so pleasant it didn't bother us. Maybe offer something for guests so we don't have to show ID repeatedly.
