Disliked: I didn't like that I had to call housekeeping 3xs to come change my sheets ,and I went to the front desk and they couldn't do nothing but make a call,

Liked: The hotel was fine ! Its location is a little off since it’s on the end , but u can walk on boardwalk to other hotels ! I liked the fact it was near the outlets !
Disliked: The check in process ! I requested an early check in , they said they would charge me $100 That’s ridiculous !!! 4 pm for check in , it’s usually 3 pm There Should be free parking , for hotel guests ! !!Should receive a voucher upon check out ! Fees galore for everything Room fee ? After I just paid for my room ? Tourism fee ? Really ?

Not clean enough for me.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the manager was really nice. My room was dirty. There was baby roaches in the room. This was my first time staying at Cesar's. I usually stay at Tropicana or Hard Rock but my friends wanted to stay here. I reported it to the front desk and the manager gave me a 50.00 gift card to Starbucks but I'll never stay here again.

Liked: It was decent and fine
Disliked: Check in is at 4pm, checkout at 11am, and pool times were from 10am-6pm. We went for one day ideally to enjoy the pool and we couldn’t at all!!! And apparently the pool has an entry fee too and that was disappointing. The per room rate was very expensive and wasn’t worth it when we couldn’t enjoy any amenities.

My wife and I had...

Liked: The room was good size. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was relaxing and efficient. The restaurants on site were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The left curtain was damaged. There was a spot on the wall below the lamp on the left side of the bed. The toilet seat was crooked and needs the be straightened.

Disliked: I liked a lot of things , but I would not put ideal cleanliness . The blanket was stained to the touch and was dusty . ❤️
