Liked: The staff was very courteous!
Disliked: The bathroom in our room wasn't clean. Particularly the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower walls and floor was dirty. The ironing board was broken, and the carpet in the room was dirty.

Liked: It was clean and had 24 hrs food and dessert.
Disliked: Your front desk staff is not pleasant, especially to be the guests first point of contact. One of your managers was not welcoming nor pleasant but rather rude and standoff-ish while assisting another employee who was attempting to change our room from smoking to nonsmoking. The manager did not look, speak or utter a word to my friend and I the entire time while assisting the front desk clerk. It was very off-putting and unprofessional. I worked at a Hilton for many years, guest love warm welcomes and friendly staff, unfortunately we l received anything but that. I will be staying this upcoming weekend for a girls trip, as my sister wanted to book here. I’m not looking forward to check-in, I’m a guest that does not forget the lack of hospitality shown by its staff members. Personally, I will consider booking elsewhere in the future.
