The ambiance is excellent. Bad...
Liked: I was upgraded to a suit room without additional fee
Disliked: The beddings smell like cigarette in spite of the fact that I was in a non smoking room

I really love this hotel
Liked: the new tower is beautiful and the bed is so comfortable and the shower is so great. The location also cannot be beat
Disliked: it was impossible to get room service no one answered

The staff was super helpful...

Disliked: There was a huge amount of smells like cigarettes on our way to the room and then we saw a roach in the bathroom

Very unhappy with my stay....
Liked: The security quarts on casino floors were super nice and friendly.the house cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job.
Disliked: Having my guests have to pay for WiFiThe whole pool situation- you need to tell your guest that it’s 50.00 a chair just to sit by the pool. Even when there was 2 hours to closing. I never saw any of this while booking. Just said outdoor pool 21 and older. Horrible encounter with slot attendant, first machine my sister sat at to play the machine jammed her voucher so machine froze. 30 mins she had to stand there while I walked around not one attendant or employee in site. We finally wave down a security guard who was able to get an attendant for us and she was completely nasty from the second she came over and then ended up just saying I gotta go and walked away from us. This was my sisters first time ever experiencing this and this was just a horrible way. Will not be returning to this place. And half the food places are not open Mon-wed and the ones that are close at 8:30.
