Liked: Workers where very personal, hotel was very clean. Every staff member tired and all kept a smile on. Me and my friends had a wonderful time.
Disliked: Some of the guest where very rewd. I had to renew my bonus card at bally's, that sucked. The food stores did not stay open long enough. Had ti order dominos at 3am. We wanted to try some new food...... we upgraded to a jt.suit, there was only 1 trash can. I felt the toilet room should have its own disposer. My friend called to check if they needed me for check out and was told yes but when I went to switch the information over the individual I spoke with explained I did NOT have to be there.

Liked: Close to convention hall
Disliked: Buffets were overpriced and hotel layout is very confusing. Rooms are overpriced for what you get.

Wedding was good, walk was...
Disliked: I was there for a wedding and wanted a closer tower to One Atlantic. Not able to get it unless I paid more on top of a big price tag already! I had a long distance to walk, down many hallways in heels, down the elevator and then quite a distance to the venue. My feet hurt and I was not happy.

The hotel room was horrible....
Liked: The Guy Fieri Pub
Disliked: Our hotel room was horrid. For $450 we had a room with two double beds no windows and a drain in the shower that was stopped up. Our check in person could not find any other room.

Disliked: The staff were just terrible. Although the room was booked in advance and 3 pm was checkin time, we were not given our rooms until 10:45 pm. Finally after an unsympathetic and rude encounter/episode with the front desk staff we were given 1 room that was a smoking room (being asthmatic suffered a major attack) and the other was downgraded from an Emperor Suite that was booked to a Senator suite owing to the mishandling of bookings and delayed room deliveries.All in all a horrid experience.
