Quiet location, good value price.

Liked: Nice quiet location (a little hard to find in the dark). 15 minute drive to a few pubs in nearby village. Large room . Perfectly fine for what we needed. Receptionist and man at breakfast very friendly. Continental offering perfectly satisfactory. Note you can have full English at weekend for more money.
Disliked: Heating was quite high and couldn't turn it down in room. Tap in bathroom a little leaky.

Liked: The staff are incredibly helpful. Beautiful views and so serene. The room was large and very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay.

Exceptional staff and beautiful location.

Liked: The staff were exceptional ,really friendly and welcoming.The location was quiet but that's what we liked. The grounds and lake are beautiful. Even in winter at minus 5 degrees. A good selection of food for breakfast . Would we go back ? definitely..
Disliked: The milk that was supplied with the tea facilities in the room had gone off . But that could have been due to the lovely warm room. The room, and shower room were a bit dated and stains on the carpet could have been attended to . But the friendlyness of the staff and the location made up for the negatives.

Great stay

Liked: On arrival we were given a warm welcome from James and shown to our room.Very clean comfortable room, comfortable bed, plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Good choice at breakfast, very good coffee. Location to Hereford
Disliked: Would of liked the shower to be a bit more powerful.
