Liked: I really live the decoration and the staff were really and helpful.
Disliked: I did not like that our room did not have a microwave or ac, good thing that it was not hot but a microwave was pull have been really helpful.

Highly recommended; second time staying...

Liked: Excellent location. Walkable to many attractions in the historic city center. Extremely good value. Nice amenities like high quality soap and shampoo, and good quality towels and robes. Upgrading to a suite with jacuzzi or pool and/or giant soaker tub are affordable and highly recommended.
Disliked: The water faucets don’t turn off in the room and have a steady trickle. In a city facing water shortages this feels extremely disrespectful.

Liked: Love the style of the room, and also the amenities like hot tub in room
Disliked: Many parts seemed unfinished, like plumbing in bathroom sinks was too strong and also there was no air conditioning so when we open the windows, there would be mosquitoes at night

Liked: Well located, lovely staff! Rooms were very modern and very clean.
Disliked: Mattress was very hard unfortunately.
