Very nice and charming hotel

Liked: I like the localisation in the heart of miami beach. Very convenient for going to the beach or walking and exploring the area.The staff at reception was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: I didn’t liked the shower it s not convenient

Liked: Was a good stay overall! Everyone waS friendly, cosy hotel, etc
Disliked: The night staff in the lobby were talking loudly and also playing YouTube filmes on their phones the whole night. As the hotel rooms aren’t very noise isolated, they should take this into consideration.Also now hot water in my shower.

Liked: Hôtel is well located, everything in close distance. Rooms are spacious, bed comfy and bathrooms too. Excellent staff, very helpful and always smiling.
Disliked: Wifi was slow - i guess cause my room was at the far end of the hotel… also my room a little noisy being just in front of the jacuzzi area, but ok and no issue at night.

Disliked: old equipment,not wery clean,old not able to openong windows,we had room located to the street and avery voice at the street we hear all dy and night.

Liked: Location and stuff are great.
Disliked: The hotel has a strong smell. We left the windows open I was ok. The girl from the front desk tried to help us with changing the room but the whole hotel has the same smell.

Liked: The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and the have a pool and a restaurant is very cozy and quiet.
Disliked: No outlet next to the bed to charge my phone

Liked: Room very well appointed. Clean, bathroom updated and modern. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant attached had lovely breakfast and atmosphere. Pool was a relief from the busy streets and beach. An oasis.
