Awesome location, beautiful views. Room was clean and got the job done.

Disliked: Toilet paper roll holder wouldn’t hold the t-paper. A little annoying.

Not worth what we paid,...

Disliked: There was a fan on in our room before we got there. Once the fan was turned off the room smelled. Other than a pool there were really no other amenities to speak of. We were for 3 hours and were supposed to be there 2 days. Obviously this was an expensive stay considering the length of time we were there! If you want to stay here, I’d look at other options! Rod

Was a great location and...

Liked: I liked the property was a nice location, and facility.
Disliked: I had scheduled a stay at the hotel. Had spoken to the front desk about arriving late, however, upon arriving late to the hotel, I was told that the door would be unlocked with the key inside when I arrived. The door was locked. I was unable to get into the hotel tried to call the after hours number to no answer After hour and a half of trying to enter into the room, figuring out options I had to get another hotel for the night in the morning the hotel staff have reached out to me advising that it looked like I did not stay the night in the hotel. I said that was a correct. Try to get a refund however they wrote it down as a no-show.

Poor

Liked: The positives are that the bed was clean and comfortable. It was directly across from the beach which was fantastic.
Disliked: The staff is unprofessional and do not stay onsite in evenings or overnight. The property is extremely dated (wallpaper peeling off walls) and there is no air conditioning in the room. I discovered too late that the room did not have hot water (staff had already gone home for the night) so I was forced to take a cold shower. The next morning staff was not onsite until 8am and by that time I had already decided that one cold shower was quite enough. When I was checking out I informed them of the lack of amenities and requested a discounted rate as a result. They said no. The whole experience of checking in and checking out were both very unpleasant and unprofessional. I would NEVER stay at this property again. The lack far outweighs the positives. And their price does not reflect the upgrades that are desperately needed. I felt duped.
