Liked: It was close to attractions, food, and shopping. My child loved the on-site playground, pool, and game arcade. Beautiful private gazebo area, awesome views, peaceful. Breakfast was a plus. Wished had a microwave in the room, but good. Staff was great!!!!

Disliked: Uncomfortable beds, every surface had a film to it. The bathroom was not clean. The showerhead was covered in lime scale. The knob for water temp came off in my hand. There was a burn in the carpet of our room. We lost cable TV during our stay. Some wall outlets didn't work. Overall the hotel looks like it hasn't had good upkeep, it's outdated, and the entire main floor looks like it was flooded and wasn't resolved properly. The carpeting is lifting off the floor causing a tripping hazard for guests. The AC for one of the rooms didn't cool the room at all. The arcade was very confusing with some only taking silver tokens, others taking gold tokens and others taking cash but not quarters. I was also disappointed that the norditrac treadmill didn't have any of the workout videos this time, it only offered manual mode. Guests also had their children playing with the gym equipment when it clearly states 18 and older.
